Return & Refund Policy

At Shreemangalam Herbal Beauty Soap, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
Important: Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we can only accept returns under specific circumstances as outlined below. Please review this policy before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective product
- Description of the issue
1.2 Wrong Product Shipped
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Order number
- Photo of the product received
- Description of the discrepancy
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Products without original packaging
- Special order or customized items
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nsdp.in or call +91 9457582004 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Return Authorization
We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
2.3 Shipping Returns
For approved returns due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.4 Inspection of Returns
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3.2 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
3.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Missing items from a bundle set
4. Wholesale/Bulk Order Returns
For wholesale/bulk orders (1,000+ units), special return terms apply:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Prior approval required for all wholesale returns
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (following the return process) and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Allergic reactions (please check ingredients before purchase)
- Products that have been used or opened
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
